Avis, ask all passengers to please go to the baggage claim area and next exit outside. Outside each terminal, you will find blue and white courtesy buses marked with “Rental Car Shuttle”. Within a few minutes, the bus will take you to the Rental Car Center at Houston Airport.

Please proceed to the Avis counter for a quick visit to get your agreement sorted. Then you can pick up your rental car and are ready to hit the road.

Returning your rented vehicle

All customers can find the Avis lot at George Bush Intercontinental Airport located at 17330 Palmetto Pines, Houston. You will find signs pointing to the Rental Car Center on both Will Clayton Parkway and John F. Kennedy Boulevard. As you arrive, please look for the Avis lot. When you are finished with your return, a shuttle bus will take you back to the terminals.
