In order to pick up your rental car from Budget at Houston Airport, you should follow the signs that read “Ground Transportation” from the baggage claim area. Then continue to follow the signs marked with “Rental Cars”. Once you get outside you should look for the blue and white rental car shuttles buses. These buses will take you to the rental car facilities at IAH.

Helpful information when using Budget Car Rental in Houston 

Budget offers a free pick-up service. To use the free pick-up service, please call your Budget rental location directly at the phone number listed on your reservation confirmation. You need to make arrangements for pick-up at least 24 hours before your desired rental time. Once you call the location, make sure to be ready to provide all applicable information including the exact address, time of pick up, and a phone number where you can be reached at that time.

You have to be a least 21 years old, in order to rent a car from your Budget agency at Houston Airport. You need to be able to show a valid credit card and driver’s license.

Please note, that all customers between the ages of 21 to 24 will automatically be applied an additional charge of $27 per day. There will also be restrictions on renting certain vehicles for this age group. None of these conditions applies for renters aged 25 or older.
